Fee components

• Krosz service fee: ₹1,999 + GST per visa application
• Government fee: set by the destination authority
• Third-party fees (where applicable)
• Taxes (GST as shown in your payment summary)

When you can get a refund

Whether you can get a refund depends on whether a cost has already been incurred.

• Krosz service fee: may be refundable before work is performed.
• Government fees: generally non-refundable once paid to an authority.
• Duplicate payments: refundable.
• If Krosz cannot proceed: if Krosz cannot proceed before submission, eligible refunds follow the post-payment review.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of approval and go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

How to request a refund

Email contact@krosz.com with your application reference. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise it with our Grievance Officer under the Customer Grievance Policy.

Before paying, you accept the applicable refund terms.
