Krosz retains records to resolve payment disputes fairly: user account, application id, transaction id, amount, fee breakdown, policy version accepted, acceptance timestamp, application progress and communications. You retain the right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect transaction. Krosz provides accurate evidence and does not use misleading anti-chargeback language.
